THE PROCESS
How We Craft Your Order
An overview of how we handle every order, from start to finish.
The Phases
1
Sampling, Production & Costing
Before bulk production, we recommend creating a sample to ensure the fit, construction, and finishing meet your expectations.

You Have a Physical Sample
If you already have a garment sample that you have approved, you can send it to us, and we will develop a sample based on it.
You may also provide an existing garment that fits well but requires modifications, such as:
- Adjusting sleeve length
- Changing the collar style
- Modifying the hem finish
- Updating design details or construction
In these cases, a technical pack (tech pack) is generally not required, as we can work directly from the physical sample and your instructions.

You Have a Design Drawing
If you do not have a physical sample, please provide:
A complete design drawing / dimension sheet / tech pack
Reference images (if applicable)
Fabric specifications and any special production instructions
Our team will review the information and develop a sample based on your design requirements.
2
Pattern Making & Grading
We create all patterns and grading in-house using traditional manual pattern-making techniques, allowing us to carefully control fit and construction for each style.
The following one-time development charges apply per style:

Pattern Making IDR 200,000 (approximately USD 15 / AUD 20)
Grading (up to 4 sizes) IDR 100,000 (approximately USD 7.50 / AUD 10)
Grading (up to 6 sizes) IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 10 / AUD 15)
Paper Pattern Copy (up to 4 sizes) IDR 200,000 (approximately USD 15 / AUD 20)

Currency conversions are approximate and may vary depending on exchange rates.

3
Sample Pricing
The sample cost is twice the quoted production price for each garment.
One round of revisions is included to refine the sample before confirming bulk production. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
Sampling Lead Time
The sample cost is twice the quoted production price for each garment.
Sample development typically takes up to 30 working days, excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
4
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity is:
18 pieces per design, with a mix of up to 4 sizes
12 pieces per design for one size

There is no minimum total order quantity, allowing you to start with just one style if you'd like to test the market before expanding your collection.
5
Production Lead Time
Bulk production generally takes 40–60 working days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Design complexity
- Fabric availability
- Our production schedule at the time of order confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated production timeline.
6
Payment Terms
SAMPLING
Full payment is required before sample development begins.
PRODUCTION
To commence bulk production, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is payable before the finished goods are collected or dispatched.

At this time, we do not accept credit card or PayPal payments.
Accepted Currencies
Payments can be made in:
- Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- United States Dollar (USD)

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted FOB (Free On Board). Under FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for the freight, insurance, customs clearance, and all shipping costs incurred after the goods have been loaded onto the designated vessel or handed over to the appointed freight forwarder.
