We offer two flexible manufacturing solutions to suit your production needs, whether you are looking for a complete end-to-end service or simply need a professional garment production. Explore our Full Package Manufacturing and Cut, Make & Trim below.

END TO END SERVICE

1. Full Package Manufacturing (FPM)

Our FPM service is ideal for brands that need support throughout the entire production process. We manage everything from fabric sourcing to delivering your finished products.

Fabric sourcing from trusted local suppliers

Fabric inspection before production

Pattern service (if no paper pattern)

Fabric cutting, sewing and garment assembly

Trims installation (buttons, zippers, elastics, drawstrings, ties, etc.)

Quality control throughout production

Individual plastic packaging for each finished item

Label or tag arrangement (from suppliers)

We primarily source fabrics that are readily available in Bali and Indonesia.
If your design requires a specific fabric that is not available locally, we will let you know and recommend the closest alternatives.

If you prefer to supply your own fabrics, we can accommodate this through our CMT service.

Please note that embroidery, printing and label services are outsourced to our trusted specialist partners and are quoted separately.

TAILORING ONLY

2. Cut, Make & Trim (CMT)

Our CMT service is designed for customers who already have their own fabrics and simply require professional garment production.

Fabric cutting, sewing and garment assembly

Trims installation (buttons, zippers, elastics, drawstrings, ties, etc.)

Material & Production Guidelines

Things to note regarding our services to ensure you get your expected finished product.

Fabric Preparation

For natural woven fabrics such as cotton, rayon, viscose, and linen, we strongly recommend pre-shrink washing before production to minimise potential shrinkage after the garments are made.

For polyester fabrics, custom digitally printed fabrics, and knitted fabrics such as jersey, activewear, swimwear, and fleece, pre-shrink washing is generally not required, and production can begin immediately.

Trims

You do not need to provide specific trims if you are happy to use standard trims available through our trusted local suppliers. Simply provide us with reference photos or specifications, and we will source the closest suitable options.

If your design requires custom accessories, we are happy to discuss available sourcing options.

Quality Control

Quality is an essential part of every project we undertake.
For both FPM and CMT services, our quality control process includes:
- Fabric inspection before cutting
- In-line production quality checks
- Final inspection of every finished garment
- Individual plastic packaging to help protect each item during transportation

Labels and Tags

Our pricing does not include custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, or branded packaging.

If you already have your artwork or designs prepared, we can assist in sourcing and coordinating the production of these branding materials through our trusted suppliers.
